1. Annual maintenance:

(1) Overhaul all motor bearings;

(2) Check the lubrication of all bearings and add new grease: check the corrosion of the air duct of the cylinder and the oil accumulation on the inner wall. If the corrosion is serious, replace it. If there is more oil, clean it;

(3) replacing or welding the guard plate in the projectile;

(4) Repair the dust collector and replace it if it is damaged. If it is sticky, clean it.

2. Quarterly maintenance:

(1) Check the tightness of the fixing bolts and flange connections of the motor, sprocket, fan, screw conveyor;

(2) Check the bearing and the integrity of the electric control box;

(3) Replace the bearing on the main bearing seat of the blasting machine with a new high-speed grease;

(4) Check the wear of the blasting machine wear plate.

3. Monthly maintenance:

(1) Check that the transmission part is operating normally and lubricate the chain;

(2) Check the wear and fixation of the fan and the duct;

(3) Check the fixing of the bolts at the joints of the various components.

4.Daily maintenance:

(1) Wear of wear parts in the blasting machine and replace them in time;

(2) Whether the signal light on the console works normally;

(3) Whether the status of each limit switch is normal;

(4) Cleaning the dust on the electrical control box;

(5) Whether the fixing bolts on the blasting machine and the blasting machine motor are loose;

(6) Whether there is air leakage in the dust removal pipe, and whether the filter bag in the dust remover is dusty or broken;

(7) Whether each access door is closed;

(8) Whether there is any accumulation on the filter screen in the separator and remove it in time;

(9) Whether the electronically controlled pill gate valve is closed;

(10) Wear of the shot blasting indoor guard.
