During the operation, the abrasive inlet of the abrasive enters the middle point of the throwing head. At the middle point of the throwing head, there is a ball wheel that rotates with the throwing head. The ball wheel is in the direction sleeve, and the opening of the ball wheel is sent to the end of the blade close to the middle point of the throwing head. As the result of centripetal force, abrasive particles slow down along the length of the blade until the top of the blade reaches the surface of the workpiece at an extremely high rate.

The result of the pellet wheel is to “feed” the abrasive to the blade accurately, and once the opening of the ball wheel is severely worn, the abrasive will hit the end of the blade, and the blade is not worn, and the diverging flow of the abrasive will become unruly. Therefore, the wear condition of the pellet wheel should be checked according to the time limit of the instruction manual, and the serious wear wheel can be exchanged in real time.

The orientation of the opening of the directional sleeve determines that the abrasive is fed to the blade by the pellet wheel. The shape of the opening on the directional sleeve will affect the divergence shape of the abrasive and the size of the hot zone. In the so-called hot area, even abrasives on the surface of the abrasive particles compare to one area of the cluster, which is due to uneven distribution of abrasives on the blades. The positioning of the adjustable directional sleeve can stop proper mediation according to the wear condition of the opening, so as to ensure that the throwing head operates under the brilliant working shape.

The quality of the blade and abrasive contact between the throwing head is closely related to the compliance of the throwing head.
