WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ROAD SHOT BLASTING MACHINE AND SAND BLASTING MACHINE?

As far as marking lines are concerned, There are many ways to clean up the markings of municipal roads and highways, which can usually be divided into chiseling, sanding, sandblasting and shot blasting. The most commonly used construction methods are generally sand blasting with a sand blasting machine and shot blasting with a road shot blasting machine. In the nature of the work, there is no difference between these two methods, and the difference lies in the recovery and separation of the dirt and dust from the source of the pellet power used and after cleaning.

Sand blasting machines are used for cleaning, which are generally divided into liquid blasting machines and dry blasting machines. The liquid blasting machine accelerates the abrasive liquid by compressing the air, and impacts the road surface. It will cause certain damage to the road surface during construction, and the shot cannot be recycled. The dry blasting machine was not damaged during construction, but it lacked dust filtration and caused some pollution.

The pavement shot blasting machine uses centrifugal force to project the shots onto the pavement. The road surface is also polished by impact to remove the residue. Unlike the sand blasting machine, the pavement shot blasting machine uses the matching The impurities and dust generated during construction are recovered and placed in a dust box. As far as the construction effect is concerned, the sand blasting machine is more useful for painting, but there are disadvantages such as rust removal, low efficiency, and poor on-site working environment. Pavement shot blasting machines are favored by customers for their good rust removal effect, fast efficiency, and easy use.
