1 For the speed requirements

If the speed is too high, not only will the rough throwing requirements be met, but the overall performance of the machine will not be optimal.

2 For the polishing time requirements

When roughing blasting is performed, there is also a certain requirement for the polishing time of the shot blasting machine. Generally speaking, the polishing time is a little longer, because when using this polishing, it takes longer to remove the scratches. Not only that, but also to remove the deformation layer on the surface of the machine, of course, the time is long.

Further polishing

The final step in the roughing is to perform further grinding and care after the shot blasting machine has finished polishing. When throwing rough, the surface is not particularly smooth and dull. When observed under a microscope, the appearance of wear marks is observed, so the wear marks need to be eliminated.
