The daily application of floor shot blasting machine basically involves six fields,which are summarized as follows:

(1)Antiskid treatment of Asphalt Pavement

The influence of floor surface roughness on traffic can not be ignored,and the traffic accidents caused by road sliding are increasing every year.For example,it is very convenient and flexible to use the road shot blasting machine to roughen the turning road section and accident prone road section to improve the anti sliding performance of passing vehicles.

(2)Cleaning of road surface with oil

In the highway and highway,due to climate reasons,asphalt pavement often has the phenomenon of oil spill,which affects the normal driving of vehicles.Using the road shot blasting machine can directly remove the surface oil spill of asphalt pavement,and improve the reduction of anti sliding performance caused by oil spill.

(3)Road marking line cleaning

It’s also a headache to clean up the waste sign line on the road surface.It’s very easy to remove the sign line with the road shot blasting machine,especially suitable for the cleaning of cold paint mark line and the surface cleaning of municipal pedestrian street.

(4)Surface roughening and cleaning shall be carried out when the pavement is covered

When the road surface is covered,the surface roughness can be increased by using the road shot blasting machine or the mobile floor shot blasting machine to pretreat the road surface,which greatly increases the structural durability of the slurry dust sealing cover;when the resin material cover is used,the shot blasting treatment first can greatly improve the bonding strength between the resin cover and the original base.

(5)Removal of rubber marks on airport runways

The aircraft taking off and landing at high speed on the runway of the airport will leave rubber marks on the runway,which will affect the safety of the aircraft taking off and landing.Using the road shot blasting machine,the cleaning speed and depth can be set according to the different conditions of the runway,and the cleaned surface is very neat and beautiful.Especially in winter construction is not affected.

(6)Clean steel plate surface,ship deck,steel box girder bridge deck and oil drilling platform.

The surface of ship deck,steel box girder bridge deck,oil drilling platform,chemical oil tank,ship inner surface and steel plate can be treated by road shot blasting machine.The roughness grade is sa2.5-3.0,which fully meets the pretreatment requirements of anti-corrosion coating or heavy-duty anti-corrosion coating
